We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available for download. Initial complaints should be made to the Headteacher, Jamie Hill, via email to jamie.hill@theshires.org.uk. Complaints in relation to the care home should be addressed to Munya Sachikonye – Registered Manager munya.sachikonye@theshires.org.uk If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher or Registered Manager, please contact Richards Adams-Murgatroyd, Chair of Governors via email at richard.adams-murgatroyd@ofgl.co.uk
