We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available for download. Initial complaints should be made to the Jamie Hill – Headteacher via email jamie.hill@theshires.org.uk. If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher, please contact Natalie Deen – Regional Director & Chair of Governors, via email natalie.deen@ofgl.co.uk.
